What to Expect

• Service: Every 8 weeks we will come to clean your windows, which includes the glass, frames, sills, and doors using a pure water pole system. Please scroll down to see additional services we offer.

• Rounds: To provide you with a consistent and predictable service we organize our daily schedule based on location. We are flexible so please do let us know if you have any specific scheduling requests and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

• No Need to Be Home: You don’t have to wait around for us. Feel free to carry on with your day—we’ll take care of the windows.

• Access Arrangements: If you won’t be home during our visit, please ensure that all windows are securely shut and grant us access to the sides and rear of your property.

• Text Reminder: The day before your scheduled window cleaning, you’ll receive a text message from us confirming that we will be round between 9am and 4pm the following day.

• Telescopic Poles: Our skilled technicians operate telescopic poles equipped with soft brushes at the end. These poles allow us to reach even high windows without the need for ladders or scaffolding.

• Agitation and Rinse: The brush gently agitates the dirt and grime on the glass surface. Simultaneously, a continuous flow of pure water rinses away the debris, leaving your windows crystal clear.​
